Maps (outline the course as well as identify water stops, potties, spectator viewing areas)

Timing (RFID chip, manual or just a race clock)
Questions to ask your timer
If chip timing, where will the chip be located and will it need to be returned?
Do you have a registration platform that will integrate with your timing system?
How will you receive my registration information? How frequently?
Will participants be able to register at pickup and the day of the event? Online or with paper?
How will race day registrations work?
Who will provide the bibs?
Will you ship those to me after they are chipped or attend packet pickup?
How will the results of the race be received?
Will results be posted online? Do you have a mobile app for the event?
Will changes be allowed? i.e. 5k to10K
Will you need any volunteers at the finish line?
Will you need to hook up to power or provide your own?
Do you have a way for our announcer to see who is finishing?
Do you have any special requests on crowd control around the finish line?
Results (text, kiosk, app, online posting)
